So very sorry for your loss. But we know where he is, seeing his beautiful Savior face to face gives such peace to quell the pain from his leaving this earth. I grew up watching him on TV. He has many rewards in heaven for lifting the name of Jesus. May God continue filling your heart with His peace.
Please no gift is necessary. Sending my prayers to the entire Graham family. I have grown up and aged with the reverend. I did not follow him closely but was always aware of his presence. He was a great man and this earth will sorely miss him. But he is now home. God bless.
I served the Lord with Dr. Graham two times. Once at his 221st Crusade at the St. Louis Blues Arena in 1973 as an “assistant usher” with my grandfather, and in 1989 in Little Rock I sang in the choir.
Mr. Graham was one of the best! My grandma watched him faithfully. Our condolences to all the family.
The world lost an obedient child of God and one who saved many lives. When your dad came to Tallahassee, I was there and saw many lives changed. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you all and give you peace.
I am going to share my Billy Graham story — it was 1996, Charlotte, NC — my momma found out that Second Baptist Church in Fort Mill was going to the Crusade in Charlotte. She called and asked me if I wanted to go. I said YES! We sat in almost the top seat–where we could touch the birds. I am a child of God because Billy Graham preached the Gospel. Thank you Lord for allowing Dr. Graham to proclaim Your message of love and redemption. I am a life that was changed.
As saddened as I am by Dr. Graham’s death, I am also excited that he is finally with his Lord & Savior and his beloved wife, Ruth. I send my deepest sympathies to his family. I am honored to have been alive in his lifetime & benefit from his integrity, humility & devotion to God & to preach His word.
My condolences go out to Billy Graham’s family. He was a wonderful and loving person. He had a wonderful life in his years here on earth. God has truly received an angel in Heaven.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Graham family and friends.
