Do You Know Christ?
God has called our dear brother Billy to be in heaven. I’m 75 years old and I used to look at him always, as an example to me. I was baptized at the age of 17 in N.C. and later moved to Chicago where I have the pleasure to work in some of revival.
My heartfelt prayers go out to each of you. Your dad and mom meant so much to me in my life. My dad and mom and I went down to give our lives to Christ many years ago and began a lifelong journey. Mom and Dad are “Home” and I pray the same comfort your dad gave to my family will comfort you.
Rev. Billy Graham was a true man of God. He also was a wonderful and great speaker. Love in Christ.
I have memories of watching Billy Graham Crusades and knew he was genuine, even then. My thoughts and prayers are with you as well as a big Thank You to God for your father. He was a great man in our country and the world and I was blessed to watch him and be saved. God bless your family.
I wept when I first heard the news. Then I realized that he is now with Jesus and what a meeting that must have been. He will live always in the hearts of so many.
Well done good and faithful. Remember us as we remember you. We need all the help you can send.
May God be with each of you, Reverend Graham will always be in the world’s hearts. He was such a faithful servant to God. I’m sure the gates opened wide and God and your dad both had the biggest smile as he walked in to meet your mom.
Today our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ surely with open arms welcomed Rev. Billy Graham into paradise saying well done good & faithful servant! I remember as a child going with my parents to Charlotte to hear Rev. Graham at one of his crusades closing with “Just as I am” as many received Christ.
One of my fondest memories growing up was sitting with my parents watching a Billy Graham crusade on our black and white 21″ TV. The networks carried his crusades, and we watched every night during the week. “Just As I Am” continues to be one of my favorite hymns. God bless Billy Graham!
When we were children we watched all of his crusades without fail as a family. His teachings influenced my life as a child and when I grew up, I had God’s guarantee of eternal life. Every time I visited The Cove in NC for one of the Bible studies, God’s love enveloped me. Thank you.
