I cannot imagine the homecoming this wonderful man had today. Thousands and thousands led to Christ. I pray that I lead even one. Rest easy reverend. Thank you for all you’ve done. You were truly a good and faithful servant.
Billy was one of the greatest God’s generals of all times. Thanks for being a great example for us to look up to. Rest in Christ.
My heartfelt sympathy to Billy Graham’s family. I have deep respect for this godly man. I was in the choir in the 80s in Vancouver, BC when Billy Graham was in town for evangelistic meetings. God uses him to reach so many. He will be missed by many but he is now home fully in the presence of God!
Our sincere condolences to your family. Your father was a great, great man of God. His teachings will never be forgotten as it’s helped my spiritual growth. We know Mr. Graham is in a better place now, for if I remember correctly he has stated “He is just passing through Earth, but his Home is in Heaven.”
My husband and I were blessed to serve as counselors in Tampa at a Crusade. Our lives were forever changed. Your father was a true man of God who spread his message. May your memories of your father bring you comfort in the days to come and may you continue to do the work of the Lord.
As a Christian teenager I met Mr. Graham at a Youth For Christ meeting in Fort Dodge, Iowa. I have been blessed through the years with his clear message of salvation at every crusade. No one can say they have not heard the way of salvation if they were there or were watching on T.V. God’s blessings.
As a teenager, I met Rev. Graham and Mrs. Ruth at Beaucatcher cinemas in Asheville at a private screening of the Prodigal. I believe he had reserved the cinemas for church youth groups and he spoke so humbly to us and the theater turned into a revival. Such a blessing!! It’s just good-bye, for now.
He was a wonderful man. I saw him on TV 38 years ago and God used him for my salvation. I am very grateful.
God used your dad in mighty ways! May He comfort the Graham family with comfort and peace.
Grandmother (Connie Hawkins) loved Billy Graham, sending monies monthly till her death (1982) taught offsprings to love him. Hearts & prayers on behalf of the world. Our loss is Heaven’s gain. Prayed “Welcome Him Jesus, Sit Down Servant.”
