Do You Know Christ?
My wife and I were fortunate to be at the celebration for President Ford when Billy spoke. Hearing him speak in person was one of the true blessings in our lives, and I am thankful he lived in my lifetime.
At the age of 14 or 15, I had the distinct honor and privilege of having your father pray over me at one of his crusades in Worcester Massachusetts. He was so wonderfully blessed, and such a great man of God. I felt so blessed to have had an opportunity to meet him. My condolences to your family.
Watched him on TV and became a baptised Christian.
My family has been followers of Billy Graham for years. When he did a crusade in Pittsburgh years ago, our church choir was part of the choir that sang at that crusade. I will never forget that day. Reverend Graham has touched the lives of millions of people and he will never be forgotten.
Dear Franklin, I loved your father with all of my heart. I am praying for all the Graham family. Praise God that although I am in tears as I write this, I know where your Dad is, with your Mom and the Lord God in heaven, alive forever more.
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Graham in Wilmington, NC at one of the first Franklin Graham crusades in 1995. I will never forget his warmth and kindness. He had such an impact on the world, and led so many people to Christ Jesus. His ministry and legacy will always be remembered.
I was watching Billy Graham for the first time. I was like 17 and I sat in front of my TV, and everything he was saying seemed that he was speaking right to me. That’s the day I gave my life to the Lord.
Your entire family is in my prayers. I watched Rev. Graham as thousands of others my age on the TV in my parents’ living room. Never in my lifetime will there be a more respected and genuine messenger of God’s word. I still listen to his taped messages and pray they mean as much to my grandkids.
