I spent most of my life at Ursuline Academy, a Catholic girls boarding school. I felt extremely close to God. I experienced that same closeness to God when I heard Reverend Billy Graham preach. I could hear God speaking to us through him. Rev. Graham is a true prophet, a saint!
My condolences to the family. He is one of the best evangelists I have known and an inspiration to all around the world.
My grandfather watched every one of the televised crusades and loved hearing him preach. I was young and bored but as I grew in my faith and saw Rev. Graham live the life he preached I started listening closer. He was an inspiration and a gift. Thank you for sharing him. God took home a son.

I worked for SP & BGEA for years and it was an honor. My thoughts and prayers are with the Graham family.

When I heard that Billy Graham was called home today, I started to get teary eyed and then I stopped and imagined Jesus smiling at Billy and saying “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” How can you be sad when Billy is in the presence of our Savior? Thank you for sharing your love for Christ!
I remember watching reruns in black and white of his crusades at my grandfather’s house as a child. Truly a man of God. A treasure of NC. A treasure to the world.
