Do You Know Christ?
An August night in 1969, while listening to Billy Graham speak on the television, God saved me.
Winnie and I met when I was a Catholic altar boy. Her witness as a Christian led me to attend services at her Methodist Church. We attended a PA showing of OilTown USA where I went forward. We served as counselors at the LA Crusade and a Hyde Park, NY movie presentation. PTL we are blessed!
Though I did not fully share his theological and doctrinal positions, I always admired how he embraced ALL walks of life, sinner and saint, left and right, christian and nonchristian. In that regard a model of Christ’s message. He didn’t just talk the talk; he walked the walk. We were blessed.
From a child I watched the crusades on TV, where masses of people came and did business with God. God used you mightily, Mr. Graham and I know he’ll reward you well. God bring peace, strength and comfort to your family during this time of grief.

Mr. Graham has been a blessing to me. Any time I have a chance to see him, I do. My mom and dad loved to hear him. They are with the Lord. My mom went in 2003 and my dad in 2014, miss them so much. My prayers are with you and your family.

His humbleness and Christ-like quality will be missed. He spoke with authority because he knew and lived the word of God. He taught us that God’s love belonged to all of us, free of charge, because Jesus had paid the price. He will never be forgotten. May he live in our hearts and in yours. Blessings.
I thank God for Billy Graham. To have such a role model, an example, of whom to be for God. I have many of Mr. Graham’s books. I have watched and listened to his sermons. They helped me through a dark time, divorce and addiction. They still guide me today. Thank you so much Mr. Graham.
