Rev. Graham was a giant of our faith. I attended BGEA’s Crusade in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in 1995. It was a privilege to hear him preach. He could explain God’s kingdom in a way anybody could understand. I want to be like him. He rests in peace!
With heartfelt prayers and our deepest sympathy, we were so saddened to hear of the passing of your dad and grandfather. Billy Graham was a great man of God with much integrity throughout his ministry. He is now rejoicing in the presence of our Lord!!
My grandparents knew Dr. Graham when he was a student at Florida Bible Institute in St. Pete in the 1940’s. They thought so highly of him and introduced me to his Crusades. I was able to attend his 1995 Crusade in Charlotte, and hope to be as bold and unashamed in proclaiming Jesus Christ as he was.
Love & condolences from Detroit, MI. So humbled & inspired by BG’s life. Honestly feel there’s NO WAY I can follow BG into heaven, as I need to do more for the Kingdom. I am, however, glad that I sowed a seed into BGEA. Praise God for BG, his passion, his beautiful family, his impact for all men.
Growing up in the 50s with early black and white television, my mother would always watch his meetings that were televised on the TV. His clear presentation of the Bible has had a life-long effect on me. God has purposed that Billy Graham was created for such a time as this!
I was blessed to take my mother to see Billy in 2004 to Pasadena, California. She so much wanted to see him again as she had attended the Los Angeles Crusade earlier in life. We are thankful for Billy sharing his faith and the impact to millions of lives. Heaven has a new angel. Well done, good and faithful servant.
I grew up watching Mr. Graham on TV with my granddaddy. That was some of the best memories I have! His preaching made Jesus real to me as a child. Now I watch his preaching on YouTube with my granddaughter! He will forever be a loved part of our family! Praying blessings for his family!
His message was so simple. Salvation is a GIFT from God. Jesus leaves the choice to us. My husband died in 2014 and loved to read Billy Graham’s books and devotions. My love and sympathy to his family. “His faith is now his sight.”
