So sad to hear that Billy passed away. I know that he is happy at home with Jesus now. I’m sure he heard a big “well done, good and faithful servant” from the Lord! Prayers for peace and comfort for the Graham family and for BGEA. Much love and prayers, Greg and Shannon Hammond and family
At the film, “Time to Run,” I became a Christian. I worked with “I Found It” in Reno and helped others come to know Him also. I am eternally grateful for Billy Graham for my salvation and the opportunities to serve over my lifetime.
My husband and I, although devout Catholics, have long admired Dr. Graham and mourn his loss along with our entire nation and the entire world. May our Lord God welcome this holy man into His eternal kingdom! —Marie and James Dettling, Akron, Ohio
My heartfelt sympathy to all of your family. My prayers go up. I would like to say I loved your dad’s ministry and have prayed for years for it. I had the privilege to participate in his Crusade in San Jose, California, around 1980 or 1981. It was and has been a highlight of my Christian heritage.
I have gotten direction and blessings from Billy Graham since the middle 1950’s via radio and television. He was a truly great man. He will be missed as a moral compass, but I feel that Franklin will help others to victory in Christ.
I will continue to pray for the ministry of Billy Graham because I believe in what its stands for and the message of Jesus Christ they preach. And it all started 99 year ago by the man that God called to do His work here. Brother Billy now knows what God’s plans are for him in heaven with his wife.
I owe my life to Billy Graham because I heard Billy speak in Anchorage, Alaska, in the 70’s. A seed was planted and took 30 years to receive my salvation because I was resisting. I now have Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I know it came from that seed that was planted long ago and I have peace in me.
I remember as a small boy anytime Billy Graham was going to be on TV my mother would have us all in early and ready to watch. Billy has always been an encouragement to me as I walk through life. His faithfulness was to the simple hope of the Gospel (the cross of Christ our Savior and Lord). Billy’s HOME!
Praise the Lord! For He received a faithful angel, a child of His own into His hands. May the Father’s will be done. Billy successfully completed what he spent his life doing. I can honestly say Billy Graham is helping me (still) on my journey with Christ Jesus, and I can call him a friend. Bless Billy’s family.
My sweet father was saved at Rev. Graham’s 1951 Crusade in Greensboro, NC. What an impact that choice made in our family’s lives and eternities. Thank you Billy Graham (and family) for the bold, simple, amazing message of salvation, redemption and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
