I remember my mom and I would watch the Billy Graham Crusades when I was just a teenager. My mom is in heaven now, but every time I see one on TV I am reminded of how much she loved the Lord and get a very warm feeling. We both loved watching the Crusades.

  2. Diana Reynen (Carr)

As a child in the ’60s and early ’70s, my family of ten visited my grandparents on the family farm in rural South Dakota. The TV was only able to receive a few channels. I most remember watching the preaching of Mr Graham. I received Christ at 8 years old. I am sure Mr. Graham sharing the Gospel planted a seed within me.

  3. Frank Molinari

Pastor Graham has encouraged me to became an evangelist. I have always been inspired by his boldness to preach the Gospel. The Lord used his example to motivate me to preach the Gospel. Thank you, pastor. See you in heaven.

  4. Pamela Hargis

I can’t remember a time in my life when your father wasn’t preaching the Gospel. Then, in leadership at Forest Home, I had the honor to meet some of you. When asked who I would most like to meet, I always said Billy Graham so I could say thank you. Blessings and peace, dear ones.

  5. Allen Glassburn

Whenever there was a Crusade on television, our family would watch and learn so much. I still watch the Crusades on YouTube and on the Billy Graham podcasts. I will miss him. I hope our country will remember Dr. Graham’s invitations to accept Christ.

  6. Dr Isidoro & Barbara dePaula

What a unique Spiritual Giant! Prior to the October ’74 Brasil Crusade, choral rehearsals of all Brasilians across the Bay from Rio were conducted by my husband, whom I’d met in Louisville. Since our firstborn was expected any day, people insisted on a name honoring Billy Graham, “Beelly” to them.

It was the mid ’50s and my folks couldn’t get reception on TV. I had been looking forward to Billy Graham Crusade broadcast. I turned the TV on and miraculously, it broadcast the message in its entirety, and then the TV immediately returned to static. I’ve repeated that story hundreds of times.
