I saw Reverend Graham in St. Louis in 1972. He said, “You may never get another chance like this to be saved.” I was that night. I never regretted it.
Thank you, God, for allowing Pastor Billy Graham to preach on the PBS channel in 1979. I watched him before sunrise on Sunday mornings. He preached the Gospel and invited me to receive Jesus. He changed my life because I became a child of God through my Savior Jesus! Thank you!
Thank you, Lord, for this wonderful man you created to proclaim your truth. The very first time I heard his powerful voice on the radio, I was broken and searching for you, Lord. He always spoke of God’s love and how He loves us. Thank for the blessing you gave us, Billy Graham.
My earliest memory of Billy Graham is at the age of 10. I am now 64 years old. It was like he was always a part of the family. It seems like he has always been there. I always requested a book after each Crusade. My dad would write a check as a donation. I was saved at age 16. I love Billy.
I went to one of his Crusades in Los Angeles. I was a teenager. I’d gone to church, but he explained salvation so clearly that I had no doubtI was saved then. He was quite an evangelist.
Love and prayers to the family members of the Rev. Billy Graham. I was 18 years old when I sang in the choir accompanying the 1959 crusade in Perth, Western Australia. My mother attended with me and we loved the message of salvation. The BG Autobiography is very precious to me.
Billy Graham has inspired me and touched my heart my whole life. I will miss him very much, but his words and hope for all through Jesus Christ will live on in this world. I believe his message will continue to save thousands of people. Rest in peace, dear Mr. Graham, and thank you.
This is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it! He was a servant of God.
I was really thrilled to hear Billy had passed, and I know that sounds terrible but let me tell you why. I never knew the numbers, but I heard today that Billy spoke to over 2 billion people during his life. Half of heaven will be filled with people he helped save! What a welcome he is going to receive!
My parents were big supporters of Billy Graham’s ministry for years. I was gifted Decision magazine before I was a Christian. I read every issue. I accepted Jesus at 42 years old. I am a pastor’s kid and always wondered what it would have been like for his kids. Billy Graham is a modern day Apostle Paul.
