Billy Graham’s ministry had a huge impact on me. I attended a Crusade in Billings, Montana, and watched several Crusades on TV.
I have been truly blessed to not only appreciate and learn about the power of God and the love of Jesus from Pastor Billy Graham, but also to know that my parents were saved in the 1950s and now have a permanent home in Heaven due to his Crusades. The world has been immensely blessed by his life!
My mother would watch WPIX Crusade broadcasts in the ’60s. This led me, her youngest child, to walk to the stage at a revival to be saved when I was 6 years old.
When I was 6 years old, our neighbors across the street shared the message of salvation they had heard at a Billy Graham Crusade. I accepted Christ then and to this day remain faithful to Him. Thank you, Billy, for serving Christ.
My life was touched by God’s love through Dr. Graham’s many videos in my youthful years. Then, I read many of his books, including his epic “The Holy Spirit.” Rest in peace, Dr. Graham. I hope to visit the Billy Graham Library and memorial next summer.
The impact Dr. Graham had on my life cannot be measured. He influenced me through the hours of Crusades I listened to growing up in a Christian home, when I served as a Crusade counselor, and when I attended a film Crusade in Philadelphia as a young adult.
In 1957 I sang in the Crusade choir in Madison Square Garden. I did not know at the time that it would be one of the most significant times in my life. I was a believer in Christ, but at 18 years old I rededicated my life to Christ. Two years ago my husband and I went to the Billy Graham Library.
I have been listening to Mr. Graham since I was 6 years old, and now I am 66 years old. My condolences go to his family.
After watching a Billy Graham Crusade when I was in 4th grade, I wrote to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and asked how to be saved. They wrote back to me and continued to correspond with me for years. God was finally able to get through to me at 17 years of age. I am now 62. I love Jesus.
The impact that Dr. Billy Graham had on my life is beyond what mere words can express. The smile that fills my heart is the joy of knowing that his homecoming on February 21, 2018 was glorious as he was welcomed by our Father and countless souls that he helped enter Heaven’s gate.
