When I heard Reverend Graham had passed away, I just cried. The world is darker place without him in it. Grateful he is now in the presence of Christ, whom he so loved and reunited with his beloved Ruth and the brothers who served on the “team.” Thank you, dear Graham family, for sharing him with us!
I was so blessed when Papa Graham came to San Jose, California, in 1991 or some time around that, for me to see and he prayed for me. Thank you.
I grew up listening to Rev. Graham. Many were the nights that our entire family were in the living room watching him preach during his Crusades. So many times at the altar call, I rededicated my life to Christ. As a teenager, there were many reasons that I needed to rededicate my life, believe me.
Of course Billy Graham affected my life. I remember going to the Kingdome in 1976 in Seattle and listening to Billy Graham speak. What an incredible display of God’s power and the Holy Spirit. Billy Graham loved the Gospel. Billy Graham loved his family. Billy Graham lived for Jesus. ?
I got to hear him when I was about 6 years of age at a Crusade in Maryland. I will never be the same because that made me hungry to learn more and to follow God. He was my definition of a modern-day Apostle. God used a country boy to do great things. What an example to follow 🙂
Many times Billy Graham has made me a better Christian.
Please know that in my heart I would love to hug and dry the Graham family tears. My prayers will be with you as say goodbye. May the sorrow be short because we all will be united soon in Jesus. Love, Tracy.
I gave my love to Jesus during the Billy Graham kids’ Crusade in the 90s in Pittsburgh. After a time of wandering, it’s because of Billy I am where I am. My wife, kids and I are forever thankful for his dedication to the Lord. Thank you. The world has lost a great ambassador for the Lord.
As a small child until now, the Rev. Billy Graham had a major impact on my life and my walk with Christ. I remember as an 8-year-old in Greensboro, N.C., my mom having everyone to watch Rev. Graham preach. God spoke to my heart and that very night, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior.
