He’s been admired by me since I first heard of him. For years I have given to the BGEA . Billy Graham and Ruth were celebrities, yet never let themselves become worldly; I now give to Samaritan’s Purse and am thankful for Franklin Graham carrying on this work of evangelism. Praise God for you!

  2. Wayne Williams

I will never forget the humor of Rev. Billy Graham to lift people’s spirits at the worst of times. On nationwide TV as America mourned a great tragedy, Dr. Graham opened about if only President Clinton possibly became a minister for Christ. That brought all those in mourning to laughter, even Clinton.

Nossas condolências e um abraço fraterno para a família do Sr. Billy Graham. O Sr. Graham foi a carta de Cristo que resplandeceu como luzeiro no mundo. Deus vos abençoe! (São Paulo/Brasil)

  4. Alma Gonzalez

Our minister Bro. Roland J. Allen received Christ through the message of Billy Graham in 1950. Then I received Christ in 1984. My best memory is when our minister met Billy Graham at the Tallahassee crusade, and Mr. Graham invited him to sit on the stage. It was an answered prayer for our minister.

  5. Gordon Driver, incarcerated

Being in prison, I’ve learned what Jesus meant by how we should treat the least of these. For Billy Graham to be buried in a simple coffin built by prisoners is so humbling for me. Even in death, Billy wanted his last message to be about the love of Jesus. He has had a major impact on my life.

  6. Charles Peterson

I remember my mother taking me when I was small to Bro. Graham’s meetings. When I was in Vietnam, Bro. Graham landed in Vietnam and I got a visit with him. He also gave me a prayer cloth. Carrying this prayer cloth might be the reason I was not killed in Vietnam. 200 KIAs per week.

  7. Dave Hoffman

Thank you, Billy. We never met, never talked. I knew your name, you never knew mine. The closest we ever came to each other was that night on TV. I don’t remember what you said. I was on my knees, my eyes were damp and the person I was died. You introduced me to [Christ]. He’s led me ever since. Thanks.

  8. Reverend-Bishop Elaine Jansak

To the family of Billy Graham. It is so difficult to place my words from my heart onto paper. Billy Graham gave me and the U.S. hope in the 1960s, and he kept preaching during such challenging times that it makes me ashamed of my meager preaching career. Thank you God for Billy Graham! Many blessings.
