Do You Know Christ?
I knew Dr. Graham was rejoicing in God’s presence, I smiled for his joy, shed tears for your loss and the worlds’. A book our UMW group studied had a section on differing opinions Dr. and Mrs. Graham, had regarding some aspect of the new home in NC. How real, human and humorous that made them to us.
Such a blessing to everyone. He practiced what he preached.
In 1963 while sitting in my Living room in New York City I watched the Billy Graham Crusade from Southern California. It was Youth Night. I asked Christ into my life that night! M quoted John 3:16

I had the opportunity to visit the Billy Graham Library while I lived in Charlotte, N.C. I didn’t know what to expect but I as I walked through the library, I understood that this is what a life of faithfulness to God looks like. It inspired me to examine my life and reach for more of God. Thanks.
I attended Billy Graham’s crusade in Chicago in 1962 when I was 9 years old. I remember sitting in Soldier Field with 116,000 people in 100-degree heat. Due to Mr. Graham’s preaching and influence, I accepted Christ at a young age. Later I served as a missionary in Brazil and Asia for 31 years.
I will always be grateful for Billy Graham. When I was 16 in Melbourne, Australia I listened to his broadcast and responded to Jesus’ offer of forgiveness and eternal life. Early 60s, before television arrived in Australia.
Our good good father embraces His son finally. RIP Billy. The souls and hearts you reached to the glory of our Father echo through the generations. Thank you for making the call of God on your life real. That mankind of this earth have known a man after God’s own heart.
At eight years old my heart was pierced by the Holy Spirit through Rev Graham’s preaching. I walk forward with no fear. I also took suicide calls during his TV crusade & trained the Christian Response team how to lead callers to the Lord. I felt so connected & proud to be a part of his ministry. I’ll miss him.
My mom was saved in 1957 at a crusade in New York before I was born. She led me to Christ as a child and I led my husband and all three of our children to Christ. I am now a children’s minister and have led hundreds of children to Christ in the past 12 years. All because of Billy Graham.
