Watched a crusade movie at our town theatre when I was 13 and began the Bible courses with BGEA by mail. He has always been my beginning of devotion to Jesus Christ, and the beginning of my faith. I have been a follower of BGEA, Decision magazine and KTIS radio station for years.
God has blessed us with Billy Graham, and his legacy lives on through his family. When I first heard Billy Graham on TV about eight years ago, I was lacking something in my life. Billy Graham showed me what that was, and I cried listening to him and still do. His family is doing a wonderful job. God bless.
My sincerest condolences to the Graham family. I remember Mr. Graham and his message of salvation and God’s love, and how that message profoundly touched many souls. I am sure it was precious for Mr. Graham to hear God say, “ Well done, my good and faithful servant.”
Our marriage and family were in tatters during the time Billy Graham came to Mile High Stadium in Denver. Billy’s message was on the end of the world, and that’s close to where we were as a family. But the invitation came and both our children (8 and 6 years old) bolted from their seats at the call! We’re still together.
My eyes tear up thinking of the loss of this great man of God, but he now gets a reward for his faithfulness.
Papa evangelist Billy Graham was a great mobilizer, encourager and motivator. I caught evangelistic fire for a worldwide Gospel ministry through some of his books that I read. I praise God for his life and great worldwide evangelistic ministry. Hallelujah!
Reverend Graham was my spiritual father. I gave my life to the Lord after reading his book, Peace With God in 1983. I still have that book. I also had the honor of being part of the choir during two of his meetings in Philadelphia. I am so grateful for his ministry.
Billy Graham taught me to repent and walk away from my old, dead life and follow Jesus!
After salvation, I was struggling to quit smoking. Billy Graham was televised that week. I prayed I could make it until he came on, so I would be encouraged. I was encouraged and his messages always encouraged my walk with the Lord!
Rev. Graham came to Birmingham in 1972. I accepted Christ as my Savior on the second day of the Crusade. Thank you, Graham family, for your father’s ministry.
