I remember watching Dr. Graham on TV growing up. I felt the presence of God when I listened!
I gave my life to Christ in 1980 in Lagos, Nigeria. I got in touch with Billy Graham by listening to his Gospel messages. He became one of my mentors.
My parents loved Billy Graham, and they had us watch him preach on TV. His devotion to God taught me about the love and relationship you could have by accepting Christ as your Savior, and gave me faith and hope in my life!
My condolences to the family. May the Lord bless you all.
Billy Graham was my hero as a very young boy. I actually watched his Crusades, and wanted to be the next Billy Graham.
Such a great man. My thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones.
In 1996, I was privileged to sing in the Charlotte Crusade choir. As a completely committed follower of Jesus, I was captivated by the message. However, it was the response that mesmerized me most! God moved me as I saw thousands come to Christ. Thank you for sharing Billy Graham with the world!
I saw Billy Graham in the 1970’s at Anaheim Stadium in southern California with approximately 50,000 people. His message hit home to me like being hit over the head with a sledgehammer. Powerful! It encouraged me to follow Jesus. The most important decision anyone can ever make. Thank you.
I remember seeing Billy Graham on TV as a kid. It wasn’t until I became a believer in Christ that I realized Billy was a powerful voice for the kingdom of God. Rest in peace, Billy.
My husband, Clyde Parker, and I attended the ’84 Amsterdam Conference for Itinerant evangelists. Billy introduced Anne on Sunday a.m. to preach to 15,000 from around the world saying, “When I want something fresh from the Lord, I call Anne. She always has something fresh from the Lord.” Memorable!!
