My mother sang in the choir of a Billy Graham Crusade at Claremont show grounds, Perth, Western Australia, 1959. I still have the tickets for the event! Thank you Billy for allowing Jesus to use your life to reach millions of people around the world. Anne, Franklin and Will will now complete the task!
My aunt, uncle & cousin were saved thru Billy G. and I said, “Imagine that, the Grahams saving the Grahams” just to be funny (though we all know only Jesus saves); I also always told people Billy was my brother, in the Lord that is. What a godly man & brother. We will miss him greatly! Jesus IS Lord!
I was 12 years old when went with my church to Madison Square Garden in New York to hear Pastor Billy Graham and came down to ask Jesus into my heart and be Lord of my life.
TIVE A HONRA DE TRABALHAR PARA A ASSOCIAÇÃO BILLY GRAHAM NO PROJETO MINHA ESPERANÇA BRASIL, NUNCA IREI ESQUECER O AMOR DERRAMADO POR VOCÊS, A SIMPLICIDADE DO PREGADOR E PASTOR BILLY GRAHAM. ESPERO PODER SEGUIR SEUS PASSOS. NO AMOR DE CRISTO!
Thanks Jesus for empowering Billy! God bless your soul in Heaven. Thank you, Billy, for teaching me!
May God give the family of Billy Graham consolation and peace. I will always remember him and his Crusades with a grateful heart. I’ve watched his Crusades since I was a small boy.
My father was a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne Division Vietnam from 1965-1966. What he saw in war made Dad doubt God’s existance. My brother invited my parents to a Crusade event in San Antonio, Texas, in 1998. My father accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior after hearing Pastor Graham preach.
I haven’t wanted to cry so much since my dad died four years ago. I grew up listening to Mr. Graham. His message was so honest and sincere. You knew he wasn’t fake. I can’t say enough good things about him. I know people die every day, but he was part of our era—the baby boomers and older. I loved him.
I have been touched by the words of faith God always gave him. It’s so encouraging to receive his messages that were delivered with such boldness and strength in our Lord.
My friend and I went to the Minneapolis Crusade and went forward to accept the gift Jesus gave to us that evening. Billy said it was a free gift of salvation and we wanted to be a part of Jesus’s kingdom. We have been following ever since. God has Billy now! My sympathy to all of the family!
