Rest in peace, Mr. Graham. Your work on earth is done. Thank you for sharing God’s love. May I strive to be as good a witness as you were.
I probably owe my salvation in great part to Dr. Graham. In 1972 while in college, I felt the Lord drawing me to go to the Explo ’72 Youth Crusade in Dallas, TX. I’d never flown on a plane and went alone, but there I surrendered my life as fully as I knew to the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you, B. Graham.
Thank you for all of your dedication to the Lord. Your powerful message for me was one of hope and salvation.
In 1958 I was blessed to go to a Billy Graham program at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, California. As I had never been to one in my life, it was a fantastic occasion. I remember when the service was getting over they had the section where people come and commit their lives to God, I cried.
My heartfelt condolences to the Graham family. Because of the hope of Jesus’ return and everlasting life in heaven that Rev. Graham shared, I now look forward to eternal life in heaven. Well done, good and faithful servant.
Although I never had the chance to see or hear Rev. Graham in person, I remember my grandparents telling me about their opportunity to sing in the crusade choir at a Billy Graham Crusade in Memphis, TN. Rev. Graham has touched countless lives with the Living Word of God. Godspeed Billy!
When I heard this morning that Billy Graham passed away, I said God has opened his door wide this morning. What a tribute he has. Thousands of souls have been saved through his word, many he knows nothing about. I want to thank Franklin Graham for sharing the Gospel like his father. God bless.
Thank you and may you find peace knowing the lives he led to Christ and the life he lived.
Growing up in the late 1950’s, I well remember the wonderful sermons and crusades our family would watch on television. May your family be assured that your blessed father is in the presence of the Lord, and God has said, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.” Blessings to all of you.
Bro. Graham will be missed but rest assured he is with our Lord and Saviour Jesus. It was the messages the Lord sent to my son through Bro. Graham that was one of the reasons my son came to know the Lord as his Savior. Our prayer for all of you that the Lord wrap you in His loving arms through this time.
