God has used the life and ministry of Billy Graham to impact the lives of millions around the world. Perhaps you have a testimony about Mr. Graham’s ministry.
What did Mr. Graham mean to you? We invite you to share your stories and remembrances or express your condolences to the family here.
My dad told the story of staying at the Greensboro, NC YMCA and he met Mr. Graham in the early 1950s. When Dad met Mr. Graham, Mr. Graham invited Dad to the meeting he was doing! In 1976 at the crusade in Raleigh, NC, I sang in the choir and was blessed beyond belief.
As a young child I was sitting in the chair with my dog watching a Billy Graham crusade being televised from Minneapolis, Minnesota. When he preached the message of Salvation and called the people to come forward, I also accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior! Thank God for Pastor Graham.
“Se esperarmos em Cristo só nesta vida, somos os mais miseráveis de todos os homens. ” – 1º Coríntios 15:19 Que o Senhor o receba como justo, pois trabalhou pela pregação da Palavra. Uma vida dedicada à Cristo. Obrigado pelo seu legado aqui na Terra.
I was honored to attend Dr. Billy Graham’s last Crusade in New York, to visit his Library, childhood home, and the Cove. It has been wonderful watching his past Crusades on TV and reading his books. He has been such an inspiration to the world and a gift from God. Prayers for his family.
I responded to the altar call following the showing of “The Restless Ones” at our townhall. I went home feeling more alive than in all of my 11 or 12 years prior to that. When I got home I completed the entire follow-up Bible study booklet I was given that night.
My prayers are with your family as you morn the loss and celebrate Mr. Graham’s life on earth and now in heaven. I will continue to pray for all the ministries y’all do. Thank you so very much for your dedication!!!
My family and I attended the 2005 New York Crusade. It was such an exciting time for us. After Dr. Graham’s compelling message, my son, who was 9 at the time, tapped me on my side and said “mom I want to go up there”. God touched my son through this message, and used Billy for him to hear it.
I saw Billy in ’79, Sydney, Australia. Jesus had already physically saved me, even before I accepted Him. In Feb ’79 I was dumped in the surf and suffered a stroke. The hospital said I was “lucky” I didn’t drown. I now know that my work for The LORD, was unfinished.
My twin sister Ann and I were about 14 years old when Reverend Graham came to Omaha Nebraska. At his crusade Annie took me to the stage when he called people to come forward for Christ. I don’t think I knew until then just how much my sister loved me. We were always much closer after that crusade.
My grandfather met Dr. Graham at Montreat, along with his evangelistic group. My grandfather always thought well of Dr. Graham. I rededicated my life at Dr. Graham’s crusade in Atlanta.
