  1. Tiffany Thomas

I thank God for the evenings spent with family watching Dr. Billy Graham on television. Everyone in the home sat at attention and peace filled the house. For a teenager in the 1980’s, it was as if heaven had come down. Thank you Dr. Graham.

  2. Jackie Haskell

as a little girl would watch your Dad with my parents-and when he was in Syracuse, New York traveled with church and sang in the choir. Will never be forgotten and I will see him again.

  3. Peggy Humphries

In 1971, my family buried Danny who was 12 years old. He had died in an accident. The next week an envelope addressed to Master Danny Schniederjan arrived from the Billy Graham Crusade. In it was a letter telling Danny he had made the most important decision of his life in receiving Jesus Christ.

  4. William de Plata

Dr. Graham first impacted my life when he came to New York City in 1957 and one of his pre-crusade counselors-in-training shared Bible verses with me. When Matthew 7:7 (“Ask, and it shall be given you”) pierced me, God heard my cry, “Lord Jesus, please come into my heart!” and changed me forever.

  5. Lynn Kline

I accepted Jesus watching a crusade on TV in Oct. of 1968. It changed my life, my husband’s and ultimately my children’s. I became a Gospel singer, speaker and have gone on missions to New York City & Russia. I’ve had the opportunity to lead many to the Lord. I’m eternally grateful for the BGEA.

  6. Joyce Robinson

I do not remember the date Dr. Graham came to Tusc. Al and spoke at the UA. I was impressed that he, in spite of segregation invited all to come. I was a child at the time but it gave me confidence that there were indeed people who practiced the gospel of Christ who has no respect of persons.

  7. Max Strader

I was about to enter military service in the Viet Nam era when the 1969 New York crusade was televised. Though I had been religious, I did not know Jesus. Billy helped me fix that. I have helped others come to know our savior by distributing Bibles as a member of Gideons International.

  8. Gwen Pritchett

I saw your father at Madison Square Garden in NYC when I was about 10. Raised in the church, I had never heard such authority in anyone’s voice. I remember the choir singing Just as I am. He made me realize that Jesus and Heaven were real. Well done thou good and faithful servant.
