I first met Billy Graham 70 years ago in one of his first crusades in Columbia, SC. It made a lasting impression on my teenage years. I was associated with another crusade in Baltimore, MD. In both cases our family who were church staff were active participants.
The spiritual force and the depth of Reverend Grahams word always penetrated the deepest recesses of my immortal soul. I will offer my most sincere expressions of thanksgiving to almighty God for having called Billy Graham to open the hearts of God’s children.
My oldest sister knelt down by her TV when Billy was preaching 20 years ago (after I had tracts in her dressers for years) in New Jersey. She gave her life to Christ! I praise God! I will be giving her this DVD. I thank you so very, very much! ✝️❤️
Our condolences to the family. Praying peace over you all. As for memories–I accepted the Lord in a Katherine Kuhlman meeting in Vancouver BC, her last in Canada in July 1975 before her death. I met Mr. Graham in Red Deer AB sometime in the 80s when he preached and I was in the choir. Blessings.
My son, Collin, is 22 years old and has cerebral palsy. He has watched your father’s messages for over 10 years. He is focused on his every word. Words cannot express the peace his words have given my son, who knows he was created this way for a purpose and this is NOT his home.
Billy Graham was a household name for me growing up. I first remember when a Billy Graham Crusade came to my hometown. My mom sang in the choir with Cliff Barrows. My oldest son served in his last crusade at Flushing Meadows in New York. Hugh was so inspired by Rev. Graham, he became a pastor.
Sorry for your lose, he was a good man. God Bless you all.
I went to Rev Graham’s Crusade in Kentucky….my husband made his surrender to the ministry at the Crusade in Miami Beach in 1961. We attended his last crusade in New York.
I received Jesus as my Savior at 10 years old. In 1969 at a Billy Graham crusade, I recommitted my life to Christ. I was so grateful to encounter another person who cared about the things of God as deeply as I did. Thank You, Father for giving us Billy Graham! Blessings to his family!
Thanksgiving to Our Lord Jesus Christ for the life of Billy Graham! Prayers of comfort & peace to each member of his family and all who remain on the Earth. His life & ministry are a Biblical timeline sent from God & so is his passing. Billy is with the Lord & we can be too, if we accept Christ today!
