Thank God for his ministry.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Graham family. We are so thankful for 45 years with the BGEA family and the privilege of having a part in this ministry. So thankful for Billy Graham!
God used Rev. Graham to witness to me through watching his Crusades. He was a blessing to me and an inspiration. I will miss him. My husband and I did not get to watch the special on FOX tonight, as we were at church. Could you possibly show it again? It would mean a lot to us. God bless you.
I attended two crusades in New York City. Each time I brought a friend with me and they both went forward to receive Christ. I also rededicated my life to Jesus at one of those crusades. Billy was an example to me of what God can accomplish through a person totally commited to Him.
Billy Graham’s televised crusades were a light that shone into the darkness of my childhood home.
I met and shook hands, and talked with Billy Graham in his Melbourne Crusade in Australia. Someone wrote a rather dismissive letter to the editor about his ‘Gospel,’ to which I replied, making it my first letter, and it was published! Don’t get published much anymore, but I haven’t stopped.
I was saved at age 12 in the Atlanta Crusade in 1950. Then called into the ministry in my early 20s and retired last year at age 78. My wife and I served as decision counselors at the Dallas Metroplex crusade in 2002.
Like many Americans I grew up watching the Billy Graham crusades. After my parents died when I was a teenager, I began to affectionately refer to Mr. Graham as “Uncle Billy.” Although I never met him, he was a guiding light to me. After visiting the museum my daughter prayed to receive Christ.
When I was a child grandma let me watch him on TV. I wrote in my best child handwriting and received my first silver cross in a letter that came back. I had that cross until May 22 of 2011. I was in the Joplin, Missouri tornado. It meant a great deal to see the group here. I got a signed Bible.
My condolences to the entire Billy Graham family. Billy Graham was a great man, evangelist, reverend, and Ambassador to God. He will never be forgotten.
