  1. Phyllis Kiser

I learned a lot from Mr. Graham just by watching him on TV in Charlotte, NC. His words were simple and I could understand. I’m 63 years old and I still remember his simple words that meant so much to all of my family. Thank you.

  2. Crystal Bales

As a child, we would take turns visiting Grandma and Pa. After lunch, Grandma would turn on her radio and we would listen to Billy Graham. I loved him from then on. I wish I could have seen him preach in public. What a blessing.

  3. Jenna John

My whole life I had grown up knowing the love of Jesus. It wasn’t until a few months ago, I found out how big of an influence Mr. Graham had been to my family. I come from a family who were originally Hindus. After hearing Mr. Graham preaching through the radio, my family came to know of God.

  4. Deborah Turk

My cousin Todd took me to a Billy Graham crusade in Anaheim, California. During the altar call I came to the stage where I received my baptism of the spirit and accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord. I was addicted to drugs and alcohol then, but no longer. My life has changed. Now I am a child of God.

  5. Lydia Bloomer

I never personally met Mr. Graham, but his godly life has inspired me. He truly glorified Jesus in everything he did, and touched many people I know. I have chosen his life as my topic for my current speech. I hope to encourage other believers, as learning about him has encouraged me.

  6. Shirley Hartz

When my 18-month old-daughter died in 1969, I was heartbroken and wanted to die. I was mad at God. I wrote to Dr. Graham and he responded. The letter meant so much. It was so uplifting. I continued to receive letters and notes asking how I was doing. Needless to say, I didn’t kill myself and let God in.

  7. Janice Helbert

Yes, I want to express my sincere condolences for the loss of Billy Graham and his wife, Ruth Graham. He impacted my life so much. When I was a pre-teen I’d watch him on the TV with my mother. I gave my heart and life to Jesus, went to church and went up for prayer and testified of my salvation! Thank you.

  8. David Whitby

I was a rebel and an unsaved brat. I was not looking for Christ or God as I didn’t want to find either nor know either. My mother and grandmother (on my father’s side) pestered me to go hear Billy Graham when he was here in ’79, to the point I went to keep them quiet. Christ found me. May 19th.
