Out of all the television evangelists, Mr. Graham was a positive one with all the love of God in his ministry. He was anointed, and I truly loved to hear him. He has had a great impact on my life.
During Hemisphere ‘68 in San Antonio, Billy Graham held a Crusade at Alamo Stadium. I was thirteen years old, raised in the church but had never truly heard the gospel. He made it clear that Jesus paid for my sins as my substitute and I needed to simply receive His free gift. I did!
Sorry for your loss.
I went to the last Billy Graham Crusade at the Rose Bowl in the early 2000’s. I gave my life to Christ that day and shortly after got the calling to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I did everything to try to get out of that calling, but God is persistent and I became a minister two years ago!
My prayers go out to the Graham family. I will be 79 years old this coming October 4. I have watched Billy Graham on TV as far back as I can remember. And now that Franklin is following in his father’s footsteps, it’s wonderful. My love to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. God bless each and every one. Thank you!
I saw him on TV. He told us why people are sad, live with a void inside. The identity of this problem must be known before the next step. The only one who can fill the void is Jesus. Then the Holy Spirit told me that how good or bad a person is does not affect salvation. Then I was saved by Jesus.
From reading the legacy in the book that his daughter wrote I see his wife was his driven force behind his work, and she never shared the spotlight. I wondered why until I figured it out. GOD had given her everything because it was for His glory. They were a couple with God’s power and anointing.
Many years ago in the military, Vietnam, circa 68, a kid of 20, scared and feeling alone, Dr. Graham visited us. I received something, don’t know what, but my life has had meaning since that time. Heaven awaits – with Jesus!
My family was blessed the evening my father attended a Billy Graham Crusade years ago while in the Air Force. It was there he accepted Jesus into his life and forever changed the path for him and his family. Thank you!
My husband and I were both at the 1962 Crusade in Minneapolis. We did not know each other then. He brought a friend and I had brought at friend. My friend and I were seniors in high school. My husband’s, Gary, friend went forward and accepted the Lord. My friend said she had done it before.
