Do You Know Christ?
Billy Graham was always on TV when I was growing up. My dad was a true man of God, but I never really paid attention to his sermons until recently. One day I went into my den, got on my knees and repented my sins to the Lord. My life has changed so much. I start my days listening to his sermons.
I have read Billy Graham devotionals for two months. They give a lot of revelations, light and hope for my daily life. I hope I will continually read it and strengthen my faith.
I remember when i was just a little boy my grandpa used to always watch Billy Graham, and I didn’t understand how much of an inspiration he was to the Christian community. I later re-watched some of his old sermons and it spoke to me, it touched my heart. When I had heard that he died I about cried.
Dear Graham Family, I just want to take this time to thank you for sharing your loved one, Billy Graham. Oh…What a LIFE!! I have been BLESSED to hear the majestic ministry of Billy Graham for many years, but 2014 was the year that his calling impacted my life when I had Ovarian Cancer!
I was a 12-year-old boy (1981). I stayed home one Wednesday night to miss church and watch TV. I ended up watching Billy Graham and became “saved” as he told me I needed more than the head knowledge I had – I needed a relationship with Jesus. Side note, we share a birthday, exactly 50 years apart.
In 1986 I lost my empire and my desire to live. BUT, a friend, saved through a Billy Graham crusade, invited me to a mens’ bible study through which I was also saved. Since then 44 scholars helped me develop Darwin’s Replacement, the Godly life-science of Atomic Biology to teach as life’s cause.
After listening to many Billy Graham sermons over the last few weeks, I find myself actually beginning to speak to people I meet, saying simply, “Have you heard the good news?” and “Do you know about Jesus Christ?” Surprisingly, many respond, “Yes, I know of him” or “I know him.”
I am 71. I’ve returned to Christ after 50 years away…although I always believed in God. I became ill and needed something to help me, give me some support. I am so glad to have found Jesus again. I hadn’t ever really heard Dr. Graham. Now I can’t get enough of his sermons. So great..thank you. ❤️
Billy Graham influenced my life when I turned my life over to Jesus Christ. Although I didn’t do it in public, the night I did it in the college dorm at Michigan State, I felt like I had been bathed in a refreshing dew. Sometime afterward I had an infection healed on the back of my hand.
Billy Graham was truly a man of God. He demonstrated that we are God’s children. He was very inspirational to me.
