It has been my privilege to provide closed captioning for Billy Graham programming since the early 80s through Classic Worldwide Productions in Cleveland, Ohio. Captioning the Graham shows was not just “work”… it was kingdom work. I am honored to have been a small part in spreading the Good News.
Thank you sharing your father with us. He inspired me as a young child and as I grew as an adult! Very powerful messages!
What I love about Reverend Billy is that he simply preached the gospel plain and simple. He didn’t beat around the bushes; he said like it was. He didn’t complicate the message. And I could hear the Father say to him, well done thy faithful servant. He will be missed.
My mom used to watch Billy Graham. I’ve always loved hearing his sermons. Everything he always said was so true with grace. He will be forever remembered.
I pray I leave a legacy as Mr. Graham did – to live and know without a shadow of doubt Jesus Christ is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. May God continue to bless your family as you celebrate your dad’s home going. What a day of jubilation that will be when we will meet GOD face to face. Glory!
I was on the way to work when I heard the news of Dr. Billy Graham’s death. I cried! I’m old enough to remember the crusades that Dr. Graham did. I admired him so much. He was a godly man who remained faithful to the Lord and true to the Word of God throughout his life. Praying for the family!
As a troubled teen my Mother took me to Yankee Stadium to see and listen to Billy Graham. While I didn’t go forward, the seeds were planted and not too many years later, I trusted Christ. I eventually returned to New York City as a full time pastor during the dark days of 9/11.
When I was little, everything would stop when Billy Graham’s crusades were televised. Even at a young age I loved hearing Billy Graham preach that God loved me. I pray for God’s comfort to all of the family. He will be missed!
I honor you, my forerunner and brother in Christ. Because of your obedience to the Lord, I was saved at a Billy Graham Crusade in Singapore in 1978 and now live in SC next door to NC, serving at Morningstar Ministries, the fruit of your evangelism labors! See you soon, faithful one!
