I never attended church but at age 10 I went to a Billy Graham Crusade. I heard the Gospel and gave my heart to Jesus, was baptized and followed Christ faithfully. Many have been saved through my sharing the Good News, and these are a result of Mr. Graham’s witness to me. I thank God for Billy Graham.

It is an inspiration for us to be connected to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for many years. My husband and I attended the Billy Graham meetings in Edmonton, Alberta, a number of years ago. I sang in the choir and was a counselor. May the Lord bless your continued ministry.

I was raised Catholic, but at a dark time of depression in my life I saw a Billy Graham television special, and was born again. That was the beginning of my journey and a closer walk with the Lord. I am so grateful for Billy Graham’s influence over my life.

In the spring of 1957, my wife and I attended Madison Square Garden services where 39-year-old Billy Graham (through Jesus Christ) called us to come forward and serve God in Christ! From that day forward, our lives changed forever. Four children, 10 grandchildren and four greats later, we are HIS. Lives changed—amen, amen!

I came to know Jesus as a preschooler through the TV Crusades in the 60’s. My family was isolated on a farm—no telephone, not attending church or other events, yet I grew up watching all the Crusades that were televised. Thank you, Mr. Graham, for sharing the Good News with my family!

My mom always had some type of belief in God, but it never touched the anger she held inside. Then, in her mid-70’s, she invited Christ to save her as she watched a Billy Graham Crusade on TV. She was changed. And when she passed December 17, she had peace and knew where she was going. Thank you.

  7. Pastor Jim Hayes

I watched a Billy Graham Crusade in November 1973 and knelt in my living room and accepted Christ as my Savior. The Gospel is the only message that could have changed my life and allow God to use me in the ministry. A great evangelist? Yes, but more importantly a humble man God knew He could use.

Billy Graham was such an inspiration to me. In high school I was assigned a project to write about a famous person and I decided to about write him. His assistant at the time actually wrote me back and included one of his books with it. It really inspired me to read my Bible more and study the Word of God.

Billy Graham was an inspirational speaker of God’s Word. He was the preacher for all in the world, not just America. He loved all, no matter where you were from or who you were. He spoke God’s Word. We need more people like him in this world. God bless you, Billy Graham.
