  1. Eve Epstein

I was born and raised Catholic in a small Massachusetts town in the late 1950’s and 1960’s. I distinctly remember watching Billy Graham’s Crusades on tv. I remember thinking this man makes sense. I had never heard about Jesus, the way he was preaching, in church. That is when I first believed.

  2. Ann Graham

I grew up listening to Billy Graham on TV. We took our teenage children to the Carolinas Crusade in Charlotte in 1996. We have great respect for Rev Graham’s integrity and for keeping the Gospel message simple. We will miss him. We are glad Franklin, et al, continue to proclaim the message of truth.

  3. Ralph Lepley

I was an MDIV/MSW student at Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY, in the Fall of 1984. My wife had just died from lymphatic cancer and depression because we could not have children. I was poisoned with Agent Orange in VIetnam in 1970-71. Watching Billy Graham gave me strength and hope each day.

  4. Betsy McAllister

1915 Seefin Court I was first made aware of Billy in my parents’ home. About 6 generations of our family heard Billy preach-from the 90 year old to the one year old. On our first date my boyfriend took me to hear Billy plant seeds of faith from a stage at U of Michigan. Later those seeds bore fruit.

  5. Gayle Doley

My mom went to Wheaton College with Billy Graham and they graduated the same year. I met him as a child there. As our family grew, we followed him all around the east coast to many of his crusades. My family and I are so very blessed to have had such a wonderful man of God in our lives.

  6. Julio Morera

I grew up in Florida Keys, came to the USA with the Peter Pan kids from Cuba. Never saw my parents again. When I listened to “BIG BILLY” the first time I knew that I had a mission to help people.

  7. Lucy Richard

Dear Graham Family, Please accept our sincere sympathy in the passing of Rev Billy–a true servant of our Lord! Asking God to comfort you and strengthen you during this difficult time.

  8. Darrell Moorefield

My first memory of Billy Graham, I was a kid growing up on our farm in North Carolina in the early 50s . My mother and dad always had our black and white TV on to watch Dr. Graham`s sermons. We loved to hear his message and how he delivered God`s word. I thank God for Billy and my Christian parents.

  9. Mike Brown

I met Brother Billy by chance at a back elevator of a hotel in Jacksonville Florida in 2007. We spoke briefly. Weeks earlier, I rededicated my life to Christ at the age of 46 and in some way I believe God used this chance meeting as a confirmation that He heard my prayers of re-commitment. God Bless
